Forage Referral Sweepstakes Terms 

EAB Global, Inc. (“EAB”) is encouraging Forage users to refer new people to Forage for the chance to win Amazon Gift cards (“Prize”). 

Any user (“User”) that completes the actions outlined below in full compliance with these Forage Referral Sweepstakes Terms (“Terms”), is eligible to win the Prize , subject to EAB’s verification of User and User’s submission. Three users will receive a Prize (“Winner(s)”). The awarding of any Prize is contingent upon the User’s agreement to be bound by these Terms. If a Winner is found to have violated these Terms or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected. Each User understands that EAB is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in the sweepstakes and acceptance, possession and use of the Prize. EAB is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration or in the announcement of the Prizes. 

ELIGIBILITY TO WIN GIFT CARD PRIZE: To be eligible to win the Prize, Users must: be a resident of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, (ii) be eighteen (18) years of age or older, and (iii) complete the following actions: 

  1. $100 Amazon gift card: Get two people to sign up for Forage by referring them from their Forage account. 
  1. $500 Amazon gift card: Get five people to sign up for Forage by referring them from their Forage account. 
  1. $1000 Amazon gift card: Get ten people to sign up for Forage by referring them from their Forage account. 

REVIEW PERIOD. All actions must be completed by Friday, December 6, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EDT to be eligible to receive the Prize. 

WINNER OF THE PRIZE. A Winner of the Prize will be notified via email no later than 14 days following the end date of the campaign. Inability to contact a Winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS: 

A Winner of the Prize may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within fourteen (14) days of notification. Non-compliance with these Terms may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner.  Any income tax liability is the sole responsibility of a Winner. 

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: All personal information provided to EAB as part of this sweepstakes will be collected and maintained in accordance with Forage’s privacy policy here. 

CONDUCT: All Users agree to be bound by these Terms.  EAB in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of its web site or is otherwise in violation of these terms. 

NOT ENDORSED BY SOCIAL MEDIA PROVIDERS: By participating in this sweepstakes, you acknowledge that this sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with LinkedIn or other social media platform (“Social Media Providers”) and release the Social Media Providers from any and all liability arising from or related to this sweepstakes.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the sweepstakes, you agree to release EAB and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, officers, and agents from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. EAB is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected email or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur.  If for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort, EAB may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes at EAB’s sole discretion. Users further agree to release EAB from any liability resulting from, or related to participation in the sweepstakes.
