Your role

You are working as a newly qualified associate in BCLP’s corporate team in their London office.
You are working on an M&A transaction with a larger team consisting of a trainee solicitor, a senior associate, a partner, and BCLP lawyers in the U.S. and other departments.
Your team is working on Project Frontier, an M&A transaction involving Ascletus Ltd, an existing client of the firm.
As you are new to the team, you are hoping to make a good impression and showcase your skills so you can take on more responsibility.

Your goal

You need to help ensure the transaction is successful and that the client achieves their goals while being legally protected.
As the junior associate on the deal, you will be responsible for a lot of the project management as well as some technical legal drafting and queries.
