You are working as a trainee solicitor at the Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner London office.
You work in the commercial law team, where each trainee solicitor works with a team of lawyers under the supervision of a managing partner.
The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:
- Reviewing and preparing legal documents
- Identifying legal issues
- Preparing verbal and written legal arguments
Your team has been assigned a new project, advising Fermon Hotel Group, who are gearing up to launch a fresh branch of operations.

Your goal

Assist the commercial law team at BCLP to advise the Fermon Hotel Group on the launch of their new business.
