- You are a junior team member in the Corporate M&A team at DLA Piper, a global business law firm.
- You are part of the team representing Catalyst Growth Partners, a private equity firm.
- Your team has been engaged to assist Catalyst in acquiring NeuroVision AI, a cutting-edge health tech company specialising in diagnostic AI technology.
- As an aspiring legal professional, this is a great opportunity for you to develop your skills in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and gain insight into high-stakes health tech transactions.
- Support the Catalyst Growth Partners team by drafting, reviewing, and analysing critical documents such as the Letter of Intent (LOI), Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and disclosure materials.
- Conduct legal due diligence, focusing on high-risk areas such as intellectual property (IP) ownership, compliance, material contracts, and share ownership.
