- You are a solicitor apprentice in the Dispute Resolution team at Herbert Smith Freehills
- You are part of the team handling a contractual dispute for a client
- The client is facing potential issues related to a breach of contract with a brand involving content usage and payment terms
- As an aspiring solicitor, this role allows you to apply your legal research and analytical skills in a practical setting
Your goal
- You will start by identifying and summarising key legal issues in the content usage and payment dispute
- You will conduct legal research and analyse relevant cases and legal principles
- You will draft a legal memo based on your research findings to support the client’s position
