The programme has given me a greater understanding of the work an asset manager partakes in and also the different roles an asset manager can operate in. The main thing I have gained from this course is inspiration. I have been inspired become an asset manager in the future and also a successful one.

I appreciated being able to demonstrate my skills and prior knowledge to perform the series of tasks J.P. Morgan challenged me with. The tasks gave me a better understanding of what employees would complete at J.P. Morgan on a day-to-day basis. My goal is to be a financial advisor with J.P. Morgan one day, and I believe this program was a great step in reaching my career goals.

I like the fact that it is challenging but also really fun in the sense that picking portfolio allocations is like putting together a puzzle of the perfect portfolio for the client. I also liked the fact that there are 6 tasks and they test a breadth of skills like: drafting documents, information gathering, information analysis, critical thinking swell as excel and quantitative skills.
