    Your role

    Welcome to the London Market Claims Adjuster job simulation!

    In this simulation, you will step into the shoes of a claims professional in the London specialty insurance market at London Assurance Company (a fictional insurance company). 

    You will complete two tasks which are typical for a professional who “adjusts” an insurance claim. They kick off the process of investigating what went wrong and how they can help the client get back on their feet. Their role is to understand if the insurance policy should pay out in these circumstances.

    Your goal

    In this simulation, you will be introduced to key concepts relevant to working in claims. You'll get an introduction to the difference a London Market Claims Adjuster makes. In the first task, you'll learn about the skills needed to investigate claims and support clients. In the second task, you will need to put your knowledge to the test and help prepare for a client meeting by analysing data relating to the client's claims history.
