During this program, you will get the opportunity to step into the shoes of an nbn team member and complete tasks that replicate the work that our field technician team does every day. You’ll learn the installation process for fiber-optic internet connection; trouble shoot technical problems and provide excellent customer service in the telecommunications industry.
